Effective 1 November 2026 · ROCHWIN, MAS ULIYATI CHEKLANGAN JAMIYATI

1. Who we are

The dwed.uz website and the DWED apps (DWED CLIENT, DWED BUSINESS, DWED TASK, DWED WORK and others) belong to ROCHWIN, MAS ULIYATI CHEKLANGAN JAMIYATI ("we"). We are the controller of your personal data.

Contact us: info@dwed.uz, +998 99 820-48-28.

Address: Buz-1, 7-15, Mirzo Ulugbek district, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

We process data under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" and other applicable laws.

2. What data we collect

  • Account: login, password, first and last name, phone, email, date of birth, gender, address — whatever you enter yourself.
  • Identity check — when you take it: details of your ID document, data from the passport chip (NFC), a photo of the document, a selfie to confirm it is you; when you verify through MyID — the result and the data MyID provides.
  • Camera — only with your permission and only while you use the feature: scanning QR codes, photos and videos you take in the app.
  • Microphone — only with your permission and only while recording: voice requests to the assistant Veiza.
  • Face payment — only if the feature is available and you turn it on separately: face data to confirm a payment. You can turn it off at any time.
  • Files, photos and documents you upload.
  • Orders and payments: order history, amounts, payment method. Payments are processed by banks and payment systems, which handle card data under their own rules.
  • Technical data: IP address, device model and operating system, app version, language, request times, error logs.

3. The dwed.uz website

The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies or trackers. Your browser stores only the theme you picked (light or dark) and the currency on the pricing page.

The website's host (Cloudflare) receives the visitor's IP address and country to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks.

4. Organisations’ data

Companies keep their own data in DWED: employees, customers, counterparties, contracts, products, orders, video from their own cameras (V.A.A.I.), working-time records. The organisation is responsible for this data — it decides what to enter and must have a lawful basis for it. We process such data only on its instructions and only to run the service.

Working-time records from entry terminals receive only the employee number and the time of passage — no photos or video.

5. Why we need the data

  • To create your account, let you in and protect it.
  • To verify identity where the law or the service requires it.
  • To fulfil orders, take payment and deliver.
  • To answer your requests.
  • To find bugs, prevent fraud and improve the service — using de-identified data.
  • To meet legal requirements.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

6. Legal bases

We process data with your consent, to perform our contract with you (this policy and the terms of service), or because the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time.

7. Who we share data with

  • The organisation you deal with through DWED — for example, the shop where you placed an order: exactly what the order needs.
  • The courier — name, phone and delivery address.
  • Banks and payment systems — to take payment.
  • MyID — for identity checks, if you choose it.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and transmit data on our behalf.
  • Public authorities — only when the law requires it.

8. Storage and security

We keep data while you have an account, and after that for as long as the law requires. Then it is deleted or de-identified.

Personal data of citizens of Uzbekistan is stored on servers in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as the law requires.

Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only staff who need it for their work have access. Signing in to the app is additionally protected by a PIN.

9. Your rights

  • Find out what data we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Delete your account and data: in the app — "Profile → Account → Delete account" — or by writing to us.
  • Withdraw consent and turn off camera and microphone access in your device settings.
  • Complain to the competent public authority.

Write to info@dwed.uz — we will reply within the time limits set by law.

10. Children

DWED services are intended for people aged 18 and over. Under 18 — only with the consent of a parent or guardian. If a child has given us data without such consent, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We publish each new version of this policy on this page with its effective date. We will tell you about significant changes in the app.
