1. General

These terms are an agreement between you and ROCHWIN, MAS ULIYATI CHEKLANGAN JAMIYATI ("we") on the use of the dwed.uz website and the DWED apps. By using the service you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Your account

  • Give true information about yourself.
  • Keep your password and PIN secret — actions in your account are treated as yours.
  • Some features require an identity check.
  • If you notice someone else signing in, write to us at once.

3. Organisation accounts

Whoever registers an organisation confirms they are authorised to act on its behalf. The organisation is responsible for the data it enters (employees, customers, contracts) and for having a lawful basis to process it.

4. What is not allowed

  • Breaking the law with DWED.
  • Entering other people’s data without a lawful basis.
  • Hacking the service, disrupting it or bypassing its limits.
  • Sending spam or malicious files.

5. Paid features

Prices and payment terms are shown on the Pricing page and in the app. In-app purchases from the App Store and Google Play follow the rules of those stores.

6. AI suggestions

The assistant Veiza and other AI features give advice and suggestions. They can be wrong. Check important decisions — legal, medical, financial — with a professional.

7. Rights to the service and your content

The DWED name, logo, software and design belong to us.

Your files and data remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only as far as needed to run the service.

8. Liability

We work to keep the service running without interruption but cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may restrict or close access if these terms are breached.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are first settled by negotiation, then in the courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
